Ira Leader (Commonwealth Title) reports that the 24 sales in Lake Arrowhead and Blue Jay in the month of April, 2008 sold for an average price of $393,708 They sold for $253 per square foot. That's a pretty good number.
In Crestline, Lake Gregory, Cedar Pines Park there were only 14 sales averaging $196,607 and $169 per sq ft.
Square footages are per the county records.
